Minutes later, my mother came back with a park ranger, Mrs Lim. Paws led all of us to where the chest was located, and Mrs Lim, with the help of the hammer that my mother had managed to find in the car, smashed the chest into smithereens. We discovered that it contained dozens of precious artefacts. Whipping out her mobile phone from her rucksack, Mrs Lim called the police instantly. After some big and burly policemen took down our statements, we headed back to the hotel room.

In a few days, after close inspection by the authorities, it was revealed that the artefacts had been stolen from museums around the world and it was a mystery as to who the culprits were. Ben and I were also overwhelmed by our sudden surging popularity in school.
